FitForge is operated by Philip Kirkbride, acting as an individual. Questions: fitforge@lobbykit.net.

App license and free service

The app is provided under Apple's Standard EULA. The initial public release is being prepared as a free app, with no in-app purchases, subscription, trial or paid unlock. These terms do not create a paid offer.

Hosted AI requires an account, an internet connection and permission for processing. Usage limits apply, and availability can be interrupted. Manual recording and saved local records remain separate from hosted AI. Do not attempt to bypass service limits or access another person's account or data.

Review suggestions

AI responses, plans, values and estimates can be mistaken. Review them before accepting or relying on them. FitForge is a training and logging companion, not a medical service. It does not guarantee a training, recovery or health outcome. Use your own judgment about whether an exercise or activity is suitable for you.

Your records and privacy

Keep a backup of local records you want to preserve. You control exported files. Use the in-app account controls to initiate server account deletion; local logs and support correspondence are handled separately. The privacy policy explains data processing, permissions, retention and deletion.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer or privacy law. Service or policy changes will be described on the relevant page and in the app where necessary.
