Support
FitForge is operated by Philip Kirkbride personally. For help or privacy requests, email fitforge@lobbykit.net.
Include the app version/build, iPhone model, iOS version, the feature and steps that led to the problem. Remove personal health details, routes and account identifiers from screenshots. Never email passwords, sign-in codes, API keys or card details.
Free app and hosted AI
The initial public release is being prepared as a free app, with no in-app purchases, subscription, trial or paid unlock. Hosted AI requires Sign in with Apple, an internet connection and permission for AI data processing. Usage limits apply; reaching an allowance does not prevent manual logging or access to saved local records.
Keep your workout
If Coach is unavailable, continue recording and editing manually. Finish through the workout controls, then check the saved history entry. Review the actual workout before retrying a proposed Coach change.
Running and audio
Use Pause, Resume and Finish to control run recording. Optional Coach availability is separate. For audio issues, note whether music was playing, headphones or speaker were used, the phone was locked, and the approximate time. Include the exact app build.
Account and privacy
Sign in and account deletion are under More → Settings → Account. Deleting the server account leaves local records on your iPhone. The completion notice explains any further Sign in with Apple authorization action. Account deletion does not automatically remove separately held support email; contact us if you want it removed.
AI permission and context sharing are under More → Settings → Coach & Privacy. Apple Health access has separate controls. Read the privacy policy for the actual data paths and retention rules.
Back up local records
Use More → Settings → Data & Backup to export a backup. Exported files remain under your control; keep them private. Local record removal and server account deletion are separate actions.
